Overnight Coffee Cake

Delicious, quick and easy.  Recipe from a friend, Becky.  

 

1 Package frozen rolls (20) bag

1 Package vanilla pudding (NOT INSTANT)

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup pecans - chopped

1 stick butter, melted

 

Separate frozen rolls, put into a buttered Bundt pan.  Combine pudding, sugar and pecans.  Melt butter and pour over dough.  Sprinkle with pudding, sugar and pecan mixture.  Leave cake pan out overnight.  Dough rises by morning.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Insert on plate and eat.
