Chocolate
Marshmallow Fudge
A favorite with
everyone!!
4-1/2 cups sugar
1 can cream
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 16-ounce jar marshmallow cream
1 (12) ounce package Chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts (if desired)
Boil sugar, cream and butter on moderately low heat
(stirring constantly) until soft ball stage 234°F.
Place marshmallow cream and chocolate chips and nuts in large bowl. Add
vanilla to cooked mixture and pour over marshmallow cream mixture. Beat
until thickened and pour onto greased pan or platter. When firm, cut
into squares.
